Yay!! It’s the last week of the challenge and this week we will be empowering our steps by taking time to exercise. Reduce your T.V time and schedule time to move around, you can start by taking 10 minutes walk a day, three to five times a week and increase the duration of exercise with time. Remember to always check with your doctor or physician before you start an exercise regimen. You can register at a gym, get an exercise buddy for accountability or get a health coach, choose your favorite activity e.g dance, jogging, walking, swimming and be consistent with it.
