Eat fruits and vegetables, calcium-rich foods,go lean with protein, and make at least half of your grains, whole grains. One of the ways to develop a healthy eating habit is to have healthy foods in your fridge and pantry at home. Whenever you go shopping for groceries, buy lots of fruits and vegetables, nuts like almond, cashew nuts (for those who are not allergic to nuts). This way you will have only healthy things to eat at home and you will overcome the habits of eating junk foods. Remember, if it’s not at home or in sight you will not have to eat it!
