It’s the beginning of a new month and I want to encourage you to re-visit your healthy lifestyle goals for the year. You can start by making simple and healthy food choices daily. Today is a good time to do that, we are already in the second half of the year. If you have been finding it hard to reach your goals, you can take this 4-week challenge for a start, taking one step at a time, everyday!
Week 1: Empower your cart.
This week make sure your grocery shopping is healthy! Whatever you put in your cart at the grocery store should be nothing but healthy, no junk foods and drinks. Shop fruits and vegetables, grains and healthy fats only.
Let this be your goal this week, remember if you don’t have unhealthy foods at home, you won’t eat them!
